conversation with a liberal...
Well, I just got off AIM with the grandson of Walter Mondale and he just confirmed what I knew all along. I asked him, "so democrat=educated and republican=uneducated" and he responded of course. See I may come across thinking the dems are uneducated and they obviously aren't but niether are we. We defeated them with a president that wasn't popular in an unpopular war and they outspent us for the first time ever and they still lost! Liberals are mentally disabled I am more and more assured of it every day. He said once all the facts are out people will know. They don't even have a platform at this point. Wether or not you like it Republicans will dominate DC for the next 20-30 years unless something drastic happens very soon. Anyone disagree with me, explain to me why I'm wrong.

This is called an Argument ad Hominum and it's something that Democrats are very fond of. Instead of attacking the argument, they attack the person.
And frankly, the American people are sick of it. This childishness has caused people like me to not associate with people like them.
Zombie, they're too thickheaded to realize their losing a lot of support from what were loyal voters. Also he said during our talk that anybody who voted for Bush is a "fucking moron". How is that going to win over voters, espically loyal dems who decided to vote for Bush in 2004 because they actually knew what he stood for?
Yes, that tone alienates people.
I voted Libertarian this time around, but my investment partner voted for Bush. He's far from a moron, having degrees in Biology and Computer Science as well as knowing how to fix cars
and he's a better hunter than I am.
He's also one of the toughest people I know and would beat the crap out of someone who called him a f****ng moron.
When Democrats ride their high horse like that, they only manage to lose more potential voters.
too bad they don't realize that, i.e. Howard Dean is now "in charge" of their party. Wow, great choice.
