What they left out though is staying in shape. I keep the car in the garage so I don't get fat. Where's that option?

People respond to incentives. But if the incentives for individuals lead to collective suicide, should not the incentives be restructured?
If cheap fuel now (and its still relatively cheap) destroys our heritage, would it not make sense to add that cost into the present price of fuel?
